ABOUT US
Travel
and freedom on the road have always been our dream. The idea of building a picku-camper
started taking shape during our travels in Europe. When we realized the
potential of a motorhome on a pick-up truck, we decided to bring the idea to
life. In 2021, we joined forces as two families – the Kočiš and Matura
families.
Two families, one goal
Petra
and Josef Matura started a successful company Antonie&Emma, which focuses
on the production of children's indoor climbing frames. Their entrepreneurial
experience, emphasis on quality and innovation has been transferred to
CABMANIAC. Jan Kočiš, a former car racer and mechanic, is behind Ondra
Klimčiw's Škoda 130, which raced in Dakar. Jan's technical talent allows us to
push our vision. And finally, Simona Kočišová, who ensures our communication
with German-speaking countries and opens doors to the wider world.
Production
All the bodies are built in our workshop. Each of our them is the result of the hard work of our entire team and cooperation with proven European suppliers. We care about quality, practicality and design.
GRANDCAB
In
2022, we built the first prototype of our GRANDCAB superstructure in Březina
near Mnichovo Hradiště. After thorough testing and several modifications, we
were ready to launch it on the market. In 2023, we took part in our first
exhibitions.
BASECAB
The
year 2024 has brought launching of our new BASECAB model. This model represents
a revolutionary solution that allows customers to fully customize the
dimensions of the superstructure to suit their needs. Thanks to this
flexibility, the BASECAB can fit perfectly on both European and American
pick-ups. Moreover, it offers a wide range of configuration options to meet the
expectations of even the most demanding travellers.
Our vision is to enable people to explore the world without limits - with a living space that offers comfort, quality and adaptability. CABMANIAC is synonym of freedom on the move, created with love for detail and respect for the tradition of European manufacturing.
